We are searching for fanatical, hard-working, and driven Sales Reps to join our team. We are looking to add a few highly motivated, production driven and confident individuals who are looking for “above average” income. Successful Sales Reps are dedicated to delivering personalized support to the small business community. You will help your customers feel safe, protected and connected to their businesses by presenting the best package to protect their employees and/or property with intrusion detection, video surveillance, and environmental monitoring. If you are driven and have a passion for sales, FE Moran will provide you with the resources, and training you need to be successful. The Commercial Sales Consultant possesses a positive attitude, is technical in nature and provides fanatical customer service. This professional is responsible for selling and promoting our services and products, building relationships and closing new business while maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring customer retention. FE Moran offers a rich benefit package along with pay for performance initiatives and bonuses.


The Customer Service Operator is primarily responsible for answering and routing incoming calls while providing a delightful experience for external and internal customers while assisting the company with its overall mission. High attention to detail with regards to accuracy is essential. If you have excellent attention to detail and advanced keyboarding skills, this is the perfect position for you.


The technician integrates residential and commercial security, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, biometrics, and all other company services. Installation and service includes wiring, hardware, power connections, and network connections. Assists with sales as a course of normal business opportunities. Preference is given to candidates with at least 1 year experience of CCTV installation or service. Valid Driver’s License required.


Employees in an administrative role are primarily responsible for data entry of multiple types of content into one or multiple operating systems. Administrative personnel also create reports and audit existing information for errors and/or duplicates. Administrative positions are available in various departments within the organization to assist with providing fanatical customer service. High attention to detail with regards to accuracy is essential. If you have excellent attention to detail and advanced keyboarding skills, this is the perfect position for you.


We are looking for reps on our DAY (6a-4p) & EVENING shift (2p-11p) Our team is comprised of smart, timely and energetic people dedicated to providing fanatical customer support. A hands on/classroom training program will allow the ideal candidate to succeed and grow rapidly with a tenacious attitude and the willingness to serve our customers. Previous office experience preferred. PERC and CSAA certification required.


Service Coordinator are responsible for national and/or local account management. The Coordinator will handle a high volume of calls, document and update customer records based on interactions, process and audit customer paperwork, troubleshoot as well as provide basic information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle multiple task simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, well-developed organization and computer skills are a requirement of this position.


The Project Manager is the critical connection between the client and FE Moran Security Solutions. This individual facilitates project objectives from the pre-planning phase through closeout by fulfilling the needs of clients as well as maintaining financial responsibility in terms of ROI for the account(s) he or she supervises.

This is achieved by: executing and adapting to changes in the market, industry, client demands, or company’s internal procedures while balancing quality, costs, timeliness, and customer satisfaction in order to align job objectives with business goals. The Project Manager will work with the client as well as the contractor or subcontractor when needed in order to ensure that the job requirements and profit objectives are met. This individual must have strong leadership skills so that he or she may be able to effectively direct, delegate, and supervise project teams.


The Sales Recruitment Manger is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and staffing for all FE Moran Security sales positions and locations. The individual manages the applicant life-cycle from sourcing candidates to the offer letter and on-boarding. A successful sales recruiter will have the focus to work in a dynamic environment, disciplined, organized and the confidence to very productive immediately as well as the resourcefulness to meet the talent goals.


  • Bachelor Degree in business or a related field required
  • Desire to continuously learn new technology


  • Previous documented experience in Talent Acquisition activities, prefer emphasis on sales candidates.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a team oriented environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize work load and be self-directed.
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented individual with strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Knowledgeable of Human Resources practices related to sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding.
